Steam Cost means the actual cost to Landlord of all steam procured by Landlord for use in the operation of the Building, other than steam furnished by Landlord to, and paid for by, any tenant on a metered basis.

Examples of Steam Cost in a sentence

  • Monthly Charge for Steam = (Steam Cost x Steam Delivered) + Port Agency Fee Where: Monthly Charge for Steam is the amount Seller invoices to the Buyer for Steam purchased under this Agreement during the month Steam Cost as specified in Section 10.2 of this Agreement.

  • The price to be paid by OCF to APC for Steam (the "Steam Cost") shall be Fifty Cents ($.50) per thousand (1,000) pounds of Steam for Steam delivered during Peak Hours and Two Dollars ($2.00) per thousand (1,000) pounds of Steam for Steam delivered during non-Peak Hours up to and including the Maximum Delivery Obligation.

  • Between the fifth (5th) and the tenth (10th) days of the month, the parties shall calculate the Steam Cost in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The TCJA amount applied to the SCA will be credited to the Deferred Steam Cost balance in the first reasonable SCA application filed after a final Commission decision approving this Settlement Agreement.

  • Payment shall be made by OCF to APC on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, or the fifth (5th) day after calculation of the Steam Cost, whichever shall occur later.
