Monthly Charge for Steam = (Steam Cost x Steam Delivered) + Port Agency Fee Where: Monthly Charge for Steam is the amount Seller invoices to the Buyer for Steam purchased under this Agreement during the month Steam Cost as specified in Section 10.2 of this Agreement.

Payment shall be made by OCF to APC on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, or the fifth (5th) day after calculation of the Steam Cost, whichever shall occur later.
