Statutory Trust XI Indenture Trustee definition

Statutory Trust XI Indenture Trustee means Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, as successor trustee to Wilmington Trust, with respect to the Statutory Trust XI Debentures.

  • NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.
