Statutory representatives definition
Statutory representatives means natural persons acting as a statutory body (or members of a statutory body) of the Client - a legal entity - who are authorized to act on behalf of the Client in accordance with the respective provisions of the Commercial Code. Unless evidence of the contrary is presented to the Provider, the persons currently entered in the Commercial Register as the Client's statutory representatives/bodies shall be deemed to be the Client's statutory bodies and authorized to act in the manner specified in the Commercial Register. If the Client is a natural person, it shall be deemed for purposes of this Contract that the Client itself is the Statutory representative.
