Statutory Costs definition

Statutory Costs means those costs specified in A.R.S. §§ 45-2471(C)(1) through (5), and (8) that are incurred by AWBA under Subarticle 2.1.1 after the Effective Date in connection with causing the crediting of Long-term Storage Credits in a gross amount of 1,250,000 acre-feet to the SNWA Interstate Account.

Examples of Statutory Costs in a sentence

  • Statutory Costs include any costs and expenses of Contractor that are associated with Workers Comp, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and incremental costs associated with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), among others.

  • When Statutory Costs and other employee costs of living increase, Contractor will pass those increases along to School District with no mark-up.

  • On reasonable advance written notice to AWBA and during normal business hours, SNWA shall have the right to inspect and audit all records of AWBA pertaining to (1) all Statutory Costs incurred by AWBA under Article 2 and (2) all costs incurred by AWBA under Article 3.

  • Growers’ Statutory Costs shall be met by means of financial levies imposed upon sugar from time to time by the South African Sugar Association in terms of clause 164(a) of this agreement.

  • MCPs shall be subject to a maximum levy equal to the lesser of R4.66 per ton cane delivered (and this R4.66 amount shall be adjusted for each season starting from 1 April 2024 by the year on year change in the headline consumer price index, for all urban areas, for January as reflected in table P0141 or its successor as published by Statistics SA or its successor) and the average per ton cane levy required to recover the Growers’ Statutory Costs each year.

  • If the funds in the Revolving Fund are not sufficient to pay any Statutory Costs awarded to defendants, the City Attorney’s Office will pay up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) of the Statutory Costs above the funds in the Revolving Fund, and Special Counsel shall pay any remaining Statutory Costs.

  • The South African Sugar Association shall collect the Growers’ Statutory Costs in each year by way of a levy imposed in terms of Chapter 7.
