Statutory Consents definition

Statutory Consents means any statutory approvals, consents or licences or permissions required from any local or competent authority to enable the Owner [and/or WD] to carry out and complete the Development and the Griffin Park Redevelopment;

  • Start Date The date agreed by the Parties in writing being the date that the Self-Lay Works shall commence; Statutory Consents All consents, licences, permissions and approval of any kind required under any statute or subordinate legislation including planning permission and building regulation approval but excluding any which are made or given under Street Works Legislation.
