Station Lease definition

Station Lease means: (a) any lease of a station that the Franchisee is a party to as at the Start Date; or (b) a lease of any other station to which the Franchisee becomes the Facility Owner at any time during the Franchise Period;
Station Lease means the lease of the station to which the SFO is or becomes the Facility Owner (as defined in section 17(6) of the Railways Act 1993) at any time during the duration of the Franchise Agreement;

More Definitions of Station Lease

Station Lease means the Relevant Agreement entered into between Network Rail and the Station Facility Owner, or a predecessor in title of the Station Facility Owner, pursuant to which the Station Facility Owner derives its interest in the Station;
