Station Access Agreement definition

Station Access Agreement means any particular access contract, whether or not entered into pursuant to the directions of the ORR under the Act, incorporating these Station Access Conditions;

• Railway Undertakings who wish to use this station's facilities will need to enter into a separate Station Access Agreement with TfWRL.Where an Applicant enters into a Station Access Agreement in respect of a CVL Station, the station access agreement must incorporate the Station Access Conditions which set out the operational arrangements applicable to the operation of the CVL Stations.
