Static Pool Data definition

Static Pool Data. The information set forth in the Prospectus Supplement pursuant to Item 1105 of Regulation AB under the Act, whether or not such information is incorporated in the Prospectus Supplement or the Registration Statement.
Static Pool Data means any information provided by the Depositor as contemplated by Item 1105 of Regulation AB relating to securitized pools established by the Sponsor.
Static Pool Data. The information on the website of the Sponsor as contemplated by Item 1105 of Regulation AB. Structure: Information contained in a Preliminary Term Sheet or ABS ICM specifying paydown rules for the classes and characteristics of the Notes.

  • The Underwriter shall have received a letter from Deloitte & Touche, LLP dated on or before the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriter and counsel for the Underwriter, to the effect that they have performed certain specified procedures requested by the Underwriter with respect to the information set forth in the Pricing Free Writing Prospectus, the Prospectus and any Static Pool Data relating to periods on or after January 1, 2006 and certain matters relating to the Sponsor.

  • Automatic identification device means a device, such as a reader or interrogator, used to retrieve data encoded on machine-readable media.
