State Trust Agreement means the final, executed Environmental Mitigation Trust Agreement for State Beneficiaries filed with the Court on October 2, 2017 in In re: Volkswagen “Clean Diesel” Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, MDL Case No. 2672 CRB (JSC).
