State Securities definition

State Securities means direct obligations of any state or political subdivision thereof, rated, at any date of determination, A-1 or P-1 by Standard & Poor's Corporation or Moodx'x Xxxestors Service, Inc.
State Securities means all the Transferred Securities as defined in the Transfer Procedures Agreements.
State Securities has the meaning given in the Finance Direct Deed.
