State Regulatory Agencies definition

State Regulatory Agencies means those state agencies whose statute or regulations require it to use laboratories that have been accredited by ELAP.
State Regulatory Agencies means any of the various state regulatory agencies with primary regulatory jurisdiction over telecommunications matters.
