State Project Documents means: (a) this Agreement; (b) the Operating Phase Licence; (c) the Operational Interface Agreement; (d) the Independent Certifier Agreement, including the Deed of Accession; (e) the Parent Guarantee; and (f) any other document the parties to this Agreement agree is a State Project Document.

Examples of State Project Documents in a sentence

  • The State Project Documents constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede any prior agreement (whether in writing or not), negotiations, discussions, understandings and agreements between the parties in relation to the subject matter of this document.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • Material Project Documents means the Borrower LLC Agreement, the Holdings LLC Agreement, the Construction Contract, the Power Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Lease, the Water Contract and to the extent material to the Project, any other individual Real Property Document, and each Additional Project Document that is reasonably deemed material to the Project by Lender (in consultation with the Independent Engineer).

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Real Property Documents means any material contract or agreement constituting or creating an estate or interest in any portion of the Site, including, without limitation, the Lease Agreements and the Subleases.
