No Person shall have any claim of any kind against Defendants or their Related Parties with respect to the matters set forth in ¶¶6.1-6.9 hereof; and the Settlement Class Members, Federal Plaintiffs, State Plaintiff, and Federal and State Lead Counsel release Defendants and their Related Parties from any and all liability and claims arising from or with respect to the administration, investment or distribution of the Settlement Fund.
