State Park System definition

State Park System or “State Park” means the lands, waters, monuments, historical sites, state recreation areas, and any other areas administered by the State Parks Board.

  • State highway means a state route or portion of a state

  • State Party means the State Party to this Agreement;

  • Interstate highway means any highway at any time offi- cially designated as a part of the national system of interstate and defense highways by the department and approved by the appro- priate authority of the federal government.

  • Interstate system means that portion of the National System of Interstate and Defense Highways located within the State of Delaware officially designated as such, or as may hereafter be designated as such, by the Department and approved by the Secretary of Transportation of the United States pursuant to the provisions of Title 23, United States Code.

  • State Systems means the information technology infrastructure, including the computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, of the State or any of its designees.

  • AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.

  • State waters means all water, on the surface and under the ground, wholly or partially within or bordering the Commonwealth or within its jurisdiction, including wetlands.

  • Health system means: (A) A parent corporation of one or more hospitals and any entity affiliated with such parent corporation through ownership, governance, membership or other means, or (B) a hospital and any entity affiliated with such hospital through ownership, governance, membership or other means;

  • State hospital means the Arizona state hospital.

  • State route means a right-of-way whether actually used as a

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • State land means land which vests in the national or a provincial government, and includes land below the high water mark and the Admiralty Reserve, but excludes land belonging to a local authority;

  • State program means a program providing medical assistance, as defined in ORS

  • AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.

  • State health plan means the employee and retiree insurance program provided for in Article 5, Chapter 11, Title 1.

  • Record system means any group of records under the control of the agency from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of the individual, number, symbol or other unique retriever assigned to the individual.

  • Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.

  • AT&T SOUTH CAROLINA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in South Carolina.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • State Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time, and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission, referred under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act 2003, as applicable;

  • PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • AT&T GEORGIA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Georgia.

  • State of Texas Textravel means Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;
