State Legal Holidays definition

State Legal Holidays means the calendar of legal holidays as established and maintained by the New York State Department of Civil Service. Annual updates of legal holidays are available at xxxx://xxx.xx.xx.xxx/attendance_leave/index.cfm; once you are on the website, scroll down to Calendar of Legal Holidays and click on the applicable year. Notwithstanding the forgoing, any day that is determined to be a floating holiday by the State shall not be considered to be a State Legal Holiday but shall be considered to be a normal work day for the Lessor and the Lessee, and the Lessee shall provide all services required to be provided by this Lease on such days.
