State Depository definition

State Depository means any public or private repository or entity designated by the State of South Carolina as a state depository for the purpose of the Rule. As of the date of this Certificate, there is no State Depository.
State Depository means any public or private repository or entity designated by the State as a state information depository for purposes of Rule 15c2-12. As of the date of this Agreement, there is no State Depository.

More Definitions of State Depository

State Depository means the public or private entity, if any, designated by the Issuer as a state depository for the purpose of the Rule.
