State Colleges definition

State Colleges means the colleges so described in chapter 64 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes and any former State college designated as a public research university pursuant to P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.) [and] , P.L.2017, c.178 (C.18A:64N-1 et al.) , and P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill).
State Colleges. The term "Vermont State Colleges" refers collectively to the Board of Trustees, Chancellor and Colleges.
State Colleges means the colleges so described in chapter 64 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes and any former State college designated as a public research university pursuant to P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.).
