State and Local Income Tax Allocation Agreement definition

State and Local Income Tax Allocation Agreement means the State and Local Income Tax Allocation Agreement dated as of the first day of the combined return taxable year beginning January 1, 1995 by and among AT&T and each of its subsidiaries.
