Statcorp Products definition

Statcorp Products means the products listed on Schedule 1A, which shall include any products of Seller relating to the Business that are in development as of the date of Closing. For purposes of Section 1.6(c) only, Statcorp Products shall only include such products that are in development as of the date of Closing and expected to be launched within the Earnout Period as listed on Schedule 1C.
