STANDING RULE definition
STANDING RULE means an instruction, prescribed procedure, or policy in force permanently or until specifically changed or canceled.
STANDING RULE means the rules and regulations adopted by the Board from time to time as they are needed in the form of resolutions establishing guidelines for a Fire District meeting which have been adopted by a majority vote of the Board with or without previous notice.
