DIP Motion means the motion filed by the Debtors seeking entry of the DIP Orders.
Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.
U.S. Bankruptcy Court means the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Provisional ballot means a ballot voted provisionally by a person:
Sale Motion means the motion or motions of Sellers filed with the Bankruptcy Court seeking approval and entry of the Sale Order.
Provisional ballot envelope means an envelope printed in the form required by
Justice means a justice of the peace;
Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Objections means any objection, application, motion, complaint or any other legal proceeding seeking, in whole or in part, to disallow, determine, liquidate, classify, reclassify, or establish the priority, expunge, subordinate or estimate any Claim (including the resolution of any request for payment of any Administrative Claim).
Notice of Motion means a notice setting out the text of a motion, which it is proposed to move at the next relevant meeting;
Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.
Mass of a vehicle in running order means the mass of an unladen vehicle with bodywork, and with coupling device in the case of a towing vehicle, or the mass of the chassis with cab if the manufacturer does not fit the bodywork and/or coupling device, including coolant, oils, 90 per cent of fuel, 100 per cent of other liquids except used waters, tools, spare wheel, driver (75 kg) and, for buses and coaches, the mass of the crew member (75 kg) if there is a crew seat in the vehicle.
Locked-Up Shareholders means the Persons who are party to the Lock-Up Agreements.
Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Environmental justice means the fair treatment of people of all races, cultures, and incomes with respect to the development, adoption, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
Motion means a formal proposition to be discussed and voted on during the course of a meeting.
Member of the judge s family” means a spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or other relative or person with whom the judge maintains a close familial relationship. See Rules 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, and 3.11.
Election judge means a poll worker that is assigned to:
Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium or “Lead Member” shall mean a company who commits at least 26% equity stake in the Project, meets the technical requirement as per Clause 2.1.2and so designated by other Member(s) in Bidding Consortium;
Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.
Restorative justice means a system of justice which focuses on the rehabilitation of
Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.
Unresolved Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(c).
Responding state means a state in which a petition or comparable pleading for support or to determine parentage of a child is filed or to which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded for filing from another state or a foreign country.
Ordinary Course Professional Order means the Order Authorizing the Retention and Compensation of Certain Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary Course of Business [D.I. 765].
Title Objections has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.2(a).
