• The TCC contains all the terms and conditions applicable to a Call-Off Agreement and any breach of the terms and conditions contained in the TCC will give the Authority the right in its absolute discretion to remove the Provider from the Standing List.

• The Provider acknowledges that, in entering this Standing List, no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee has been granted by the Authority for workers from the Provider and that the Authority are at all times entitled to enter into other Agreements and arrangements with other providers for the provision.
