Standards Complaint definition

Standards Complaint means a complaint about the observance of standards set under Section 319 of the Communications Act;
Standards Complaint means (i) a complaint made against a Subject Member alleging a potential breach of the MembersCode of Conduct/misconduct that is accepted by the Monitoring Officer as a valid complaint; and (ii) has been made in writing using the prescribed ‘complaint form template’ set out at Appendix 1 to this Protocol (unless otherwise accepted by the Monitoring Officer).
