Standard Warranty definition

Standard Warranty means a warranty typically provided at no additional cost by a car manufacturer and/or its authorised distributor upon the purchase of a new Passenger Car and does not include the Complimentary Extended Warranty;
Standard Warranty means the warranty provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of sale with respect to any Medium Duty Truck, any Heavy Duty Truck or any replacement part therefor. Any reserve that is recorded on the balance sheet of the Company with respect to Standard Warranty shall be calculated on a manufacturer’s cost basis (not on a dealer net price basis).
Standard Warranty means the warranty provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of sale with respect to any Medium Duty Truck, any Heavy Duty Truck or any replacement part therefor.

More Definitions of Standard Warranty

Standard Warranty means, with respect to an Eligible Product, the standard manufacturer’s warranty and/or state-mandated minimum workmanship warranties provided to all purchasers of such Eligible Product.
Standard Warranty or “OEM’s Standard Warranty” means the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s standard onsite warranty, including all parts and labour, coverage that allows warranty work to be completed by an OEM certified technician;
Standard Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 4.23(b).
Standard Warranty means the warranty and/or protection set forth in the product documentation provided at the time of the original date of purchase or supply of new Samsung Device.

Standard Warranty or “OEM Standard Warranty” means the Manufacturer’s standard on-site warranty coverage that allows warranty work to be completed by Manufacturer certified technicians. The Standard Warranty period for Category A Products and Category B Products is three (3) years; and the Standard Warranty period for Category C Products is one (1) year.
Standard Warranty. The Chromebook has a one year standard warranty which warrants the computer from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty covers repairs and replacement parts caused by normal use. It does not cover accidental or intentional damage. The students will be responsible for any repairs that would fall outside the “Standard Warranty”.
