Resident acknowledges that nothing in the GME Contract or these Standard Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to make Resident a public employee or an employee of the University of Cincinnati (the “University”) or to any other site to which resident rotates as part of the training program.
The Residency Program’s certification of completion of training is conditional on (a) the recommendation and signature of the Residency Program Director, (b) final clearance that Resident has complied with Section 2.1.13 (Return of Materials) of these Standard Terms & Conditions, and (c) documentation that Resident has completed all requirements of the training program.

Any resident may submit a complaint or grievance related to the work environment or any issue related to the Residency Program or the faculty (other than issues related to Academic Improvement or Misconduct, which must be addressed under the provisions of Section 4 of these Standard Terms & Conditions) by providing a written complaint or grievance to the Residency Program Director for resolution.
SeeTickets may assign and/or delegate any and all of its rights and obligations under the Agreement and these Standard Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, to (i) any entity which has merged with SeeTickets or acquired all or substantially all of its stock or assets, (ii) any designated outsourcer of SeeTickets’ business functions, and (iii) any SeeTickets’ Affiliate, or to any partnership or other venture in which SeeTickets participates.
Except as set forth in the second sentence of clause 11(b) above, no provision of the Agreement or these Standard Terms & Conditions is intended to confer upon any other person any rights or remedies in respect thereof or hereof.
In the event of any conflict in the terms and conditions in this contract, the order of precedence shall be: i) SLCC Standard Terms & Conditions; ii) SLCC Contract Signature Page(s); iii) Additional Terms & Conditions, if any; iv) Contractor’s proposal/bid response (incorporated into Agreement by reference); and v) Contractor Terms & Conditions, if any.
In the event of any conflict in the contract terms and conditions, the order of precedence shall be: 1) Attachment A: SUU Standard Terms & Conditions; 2) SUU Contract Signature Page(s); 3) SUU Additional Terms & Conditions, if any; 4) Contractor’s proposal/bid response (incorporated into Agreement by reference); and, 5) Contractor Terms & Conditions, if any.
