Standard Service Hours definition

Standard Service Hours means 8.30AM to 6:00 PM (GMT and U.S. Eastern time), excluding US and UK holidays.
Standard Service Hours means the hours between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (in New South Wales) each day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (in New South Wales). The Standard Service Hours may be changed by Bacto without prior notification.
Standard Service Hours means those hours during which the AAPT Customer Service Desk (or equivalent AAPT department) is staffed and infrastructure monitoring systems are operational and alarm surveillance occurs.

  • Availability is calculated per calendar month as the total Standard Service Hours for the relevant month less any Unplanned Outages during the relevant month divided by the total Standard Service Hours for the relevant month expressed as a percentage.

  • Following acknowledgement by Turbonomic in response to a Support Call in respect of a Severity 1 or 2 Error, Turbonomic will work uninterrupted during Standard Service Hours using commercially reasonable efforts to provide Licensee with a Workaround or Fix.

More Definitions of Standard Service Hours

Standard Service Hours means those hours during which Our Service Centre is staffed, infrastructure monitoring systems are operational and alarm surveillance occurs being 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Standard Service Hours means those hours during which the Fuse Technology CSD (or equivalent Fuse Technology department) is staffed and infrastructure monitoring systems are operational and alarm surveillance occurs.
Standard Service Hours are defined as Monday through Friday beginning at 8:30am and ending at 5:00pm Central Time, excluding Federal, City, and Contractor holidays.

Related to Standard Service Hours

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Standard Service means Facilities which meet good economic electric industry practice including safety, reliability and operating criteria and standards consistent with the particular characteristics of service as determined by FortisAlberta acting reasonably;

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

Conga will endeavor to give at least 24 hours’ notice before Planned Downtime except for urgent circumstances (e.g., a system failure or security threat). Planned Downtime occurs from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.

  • Support Hours means 24 hours per day with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day;

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with schedule 5;

  • Ordinary Hours means 38 hours per week within the spread of hours which may be averaged over a 12 month period.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.
