The licensee shall submit all such reports or information as may be required under the Transmission Licence Regulations, the Standard of Performance Regulations, the Transmission Service Agreement, or any other regulation of the Commission, or as per the directions of the Commission as may be issued from time to time.
Nothing in this Agreement requires the City to pay for work that does not meet the Standard of Performance identified in Exhibit D section 4 or other requirements of this Agreement.
