Standard Lease Form definition

Standard Lease Form means, as applicable, the standard form of lease agreement used by Borrower for the rental of commercial units at the Property and the standard form of lease agreement used by Borrower for the rental of residential units at the Property, in each case in the form certified to Lender as of the Closing Date or subsequently approved by Lender in writing.

Standard Lease Form means the form of lease pursuant to which any portion of the Property shall be leased, which shall be attached to the Approved Leasing Program and approved by Owner.

More Definitions of Standard Lease Form

Standard Lease Form means, as the context shall require, either of the two (2) standard forms of Lease submitted to Lender, in connection with the closing of the Loan, and identified by Borrower as Borrower’s standard forms of Lease.
