Standard Grievance definition

Standard Grievance. A Standard Grievance is any grievance that is not a Church Teaching Grievance. Reappointment of a teacher is at the prerogative of the Pastor(s) Principal at an elementary school and Superintendent/Principal at a high school.   • In the event that the supervisor responsible for dealing with the grievance is absent, the University will appoint an alternative officer to handle the supervisor's responsibilities as outlined in the Standard Grievance Procedure.
