Standard Exposure Limit definition

Standard Exposure Limit means the standard limit on the Bank’s financial exposure to the Borrower which, if exceeded, would subject the Loan to the Exposure Surcharge, as determined from time to time by the Bank.
Standard Exposure Limit means $16.5 billion (except for India for which it means $17.5 billion).

Related to Standard Exposure Limit

  • Total Exposure means, for any Lender at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Loans of such Lender plus (ii) such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Total Revolving Exposure means, as to any Revolving Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Revolving Lender at such time.

  • Total Credit Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Credit Exposure of such Lender at such time.
