Standard Customer Agreements definition

Standard Customer Agreements means Company’s standard form Contracts for use with customers in the ordinary course of business having non-exclusive end user licenses to the object code form of the Company Products.
Standard Customer Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(b)(viii).
Standard Customer Agreements means any Contract with a customer, reseller, distributor, or similar partner of the Company or any of its Affiliates that is entered into in the ordinary course of business and on terms materially consistent with those customary for the Company or such Affiliate.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).
