Standard ceiling fan definition

Standard ceiling fan means a low-speed small-diameter ceiling fan that is not a very-small- diameter ceiling fan, highly decorative ceiling fan or belt-driven ceiling fan; for which the lowest point on fan blades is greater than 10 inches from the ceiling., and for which the represented value of the distance between the ceiling and the lowest point on the fan blades, as determined in 10 C.F.R. section 429.32(a)(3)(iv), is greater than 10 inches.
