Stakes definition

Stakes means the right to acquire a certain number of XPX tokens from ProximaX as more particularly described below:
Stakes means any amount bet or otherwise wagered by an End User on the Gaming Site.

Examples of Stakes in a sentence

  • Should for ANY reason, any holder of Alternative Payments Stakes experience any dilution under the terms outlined above, for any reason, including the issuance of any convertible or preferred security, or any other securities, of any type, the holder shall be immediately granted additional shares so as to maintain percentage ownership.
