Staged definition

Staged means that in achieving the purpose of communication several steps or stages are needed through periodization. The step or stage that needs to be taken in the technical interaction is called generic structure or schematic structure.
Staged means first stage of 40 TeV and second stage of 175 TeV
Staged review shall mean a review conducted as part of, and integral to, the larger preliminary plan review process, and from which no final decision will be issued until that larger process is complete.
