Stabilized Portfolio Property definition

Stabilized Portfolio Property means, as of any date of determination, any Portfolio Property (i) that was previously (but is no longer) under development and in which an Investment was made by the REIT or a Subsidiary thereof after the Closing pursuant to Section 10.6(e) and (ii) in respect of which the Stabilization Date has occurred on or prior to such date.
Stabilized Portfolio Property means, as of any date of determination, any Portfolio Property (i) that was previously (but is no longer) under development and in which a Development Investment was made by the REIT or a Subsidiary thereof after January 9, 2018 and (ii) in respect of which the Stabilization Date has occurred on or prior to such date.
Stabilized Portfolio Property means, as of any date of determination, any Portfolio Property (i) that was previously (but is no longer) under development and in which an Investment was made by the REIT or a Subsidiary thereof after January 9, 2014 pursuant to Section 7.03(e) and (ii) in respect of which the Stabilization Date has occurred on or prior to such date. Each reference to Investments made pursuant to Section 7.03(e) in this definition shall be deemed to also include, without duplication, Investments made after January 9, 2014 and prior to the Closing Date of the type contemplated by Section 7.03(e).
