S&T Common Stock definition

S&T Common Stock means the common shares, par value $2.50 per share, of S&T. “Securities Purchase” has the meaning set forth in the recitals in this Agreement. “Seller” has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement. “Shares” has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
