Effective 7/1/18, an eligible unit member whose spouse or registered domestic partner is a SSSD employee enrolled in District health coverage will enroll only in the WABE Bronze Plan, for which the District will contribute $ 50 tenthly unless the employee presents a current, valid court order requiring double coverage, and thus enrolls in an alternate plan.
