SRL Percentage definition
SRL Percentage of any Bank at any time shall mean a fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the Supplemental Revolving Loan Commitment of such Bank at such time and the denominator of which is the Total Supplemental Revolving Loan Commitment at such time, PROVIDED that if the SRL Percentage of any Bank is to be determined after the Total Supplemental Revolving Loan Commitment has been terminated, then the SRL Percentages of the Banks shall be determined immediately prior (and without giving effect) to such termination.
