SRCL definition

SRCL means “M/s. SAIL REFRACTORY COMPANY LIMITED”, incorporated under the Companies Act and having their registered office at Salem Steel Plant, Salem India and their plant/ unit, which term or expression unless excluded by or repugnant to the context shall include their successors and permitted assigns.

  • A current list of the specific data that we collect through SRCL will be listed on our website and provided to you together with the SRCL software kit.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing: (a) if you have entered into a Validation Agreement or Certification Agreement with us, or (b) you have previously or contemporaneously entered into other SRCL License Agreements applicable to different SRCL Seals, these Agreements provide supplemental terms with regard to the use of the SRCL Data, and are not superseded by this Agreement, but remain in full force and effect in accordance with each such Agreement’s respective terms.
