Definition of SRA Merger


SRA Merger means the merger of SRA with and into the Company following the Spinoff.

Current and former employees of CSC are also eligible for Spinoff Awards under the Plan and former employees of SRA who became employees of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries in connection with the SRA Merger are eligible for grants of SRA Rollover Options under the Plan.
Following the SRA Merger, the SRA Plan will continue to be maintained for the employees of the legal entities formerly owned or operated by SRA.
Effective as of November 30, 2015, the Company merged with SRA (the SRA Merger).
If, at any time after the Second Merger Effective Time, any further action is determined by Computer Sciences GS or the First Merger Surviving Corporation or the Second Merger Surviving LLC to be necessary or desirable to carry out the purposes of this Agreement or to vest the First Merger Surviving Corporation or the Second Merger Surviving LLC with full right, title and possession of and all rights and property of SRA, Merger Sub Inc.
