Squash Courts definition

Squash Courts means a court complying with the specification for Squash courts published in the Rules of Squash, whether or not that court is utilised solely for the playing of Squash, and such other similar courts as may be agreed at a General Meeting to be suitable for the playing of Squash;
Squash Courts means the part of the Premises comprising the squash courts and shown marked “ Squash Court” on Plan 2;
