SPX Final Settlement Price definition
SPX Final Settlement Price means, subject to adjustment and/or correction as provided in paragraph 3, 4 and 5 of this Part C below, the official final settlement price (however described under the rules of the Related Exchange or its clearing house) of the SPX Options Contract as published by the Related Exchange or its clearing house, as determined by the Calculation Agent. The scheduled date of publication of such official final settlement price of the SPX Options Contract is 21 October 2016.
