Springleaf Entities definition

Springleaf Entities means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries, and “Springleaf Entity” shall mean any of the Springleaf Entities.

Related to Springleaf Entities

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated, in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, any equity or other ownership interest.
