KIID means key investor information document;
FCAA means the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended.
DOC means a document of compliance issued to an Operator in accordance with rule 13 of the ISM Code;

Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable.
