Sponsor’s Fee definition

Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swedish Kronor in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).
Sponsor’s Fee has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.8(a).
Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Australian Dollars in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

Examples of Sponsor’s Fee in a sentence

  • On the first day of each month that is both a Local Business Day and a New York Business Day, the Trustee will make withdrawals from the Non-Interest Account to pay the accrued Sponsor’s Fee for the previous month plus any other Trust expenses.

  • The Sponsor also shall not (unless the Sponsor otherwise determines) revise Sponsor’s Fee calculations to reflect differences between estimated and final numbers (including differences which have resulted in economic benefit to a Sponsor Party).

  • Subtract the U.S. dollar amount of the Sponsor’s Fee that accrues for such business day, as calculated based on the Digital Asset Holdings Fee Basis Amount for such business day.

  • The Sponsor, from time to time, may temporarily waive all or a portion of the Sponsor’s Fee of the Trust in its discretion for stated periods of time.

  • However, the Trust may use Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency to pay the Sponsor’s Fee only if such agreement and transfer do not otherwise conflict with the terms of the Trust Agreement.


More Definitions of Sponsor’s Fee

Sponsor’s Fee in Section 1.1 of the FXC Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Sponsor’s Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Servicing Agreement.
Sponsor’s Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a)(i).
Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Canadian Dollars in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).
Sponsor’s Fee in Section 1.1 of the FXF Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Chinese Renminbi in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).
Sponsor’s Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.13.
