Sponsor Member definition

Sponsor Member means a member of Sponsor who becomes party to this Agreement as a Permitted Transferee of Sponsor.

Sponsor Member means a member of Sponsor who becomes party to this Agreement as a Permitted Transferee of Sponsor. “Subscription Agreement” shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto.

Sponsor Member means any Member who has joined the FIDO Alliance at the Sponsor 206 Member class of membership as defined in Section 11.

• Nothing in this Section 6.10 shall require a director to act in a way that would impair the interests of the Sponsor Member that nominated the Director, or violate any agreements, rules, or policies arising out of his or her employment by the Sponsor Member.

• Each Sponsor Member shall have the option to remove its Designated Director and replace such Designated Director at any time and from time to time, with or without cause.

• Each Sponsor Member shall designate one (1) Director to serve on the Board of Directors.

More Definitions of Sponsor Member

Sponsor Member means any direct or indirect equityholder of Sponsor as of the date of this Agreement.

Sponsor Member has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

Sponsor Member means the SL Member and the KKR Member, respectively.

Sponsor Member means, collectively, 22C Members, Carlyle Members and TA Members.
