Sponsor Intellectual Property definition

Sponsor Intellectual Property means individually and collectively all Intellectual Property conceived of and/or made solely by the employees of Sponsor without the use of University facilities or equipment in performance of the Sponsored Project.
Sponsor Intellectual Property means individually and collectively all inventions, improvements and/or discoveries which are conceived and/or made by one or more employees of Sponsor, as set forth in Article 6.
