Sponsor Information shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 9.1. “Sponsor Personal Data” shall mean any Personal Data that the Institution, its employees, agents or subcontractors Processes on behalf of Sponsor in performing the Clinical Trial. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the information about potential subjects that Institution receives from the Sponsor’s or any of its affiliates’ clinical trial website (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) via Sponsor’s subcontractor who administers the website. Sponsor Personal Data shall not include original trial subject or patient medical records, research notebooks, source documents, or other routine internal documents kept in the Institution’s ordinary course of business operations, which shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Institution or medical provider. “Technical and Organisational Security Measures” shall mean those appropriate measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidential or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing. “Third Party Institution” shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 2.5. Sponsor Information means Test Materials, data, specification or other materials or information supplied by the Sponsor to Covance in connection with the Services.

More Definitions of Sponsor Information

Sponsor Information means all information, data, material and other items that are supplied to Institution by or on behalf of Sponsor for the purposes of conducting the Sponsored Research, excluding Research Results.

You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Issuer Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Business Information means all information and records (in whatever form held and whether commercial, financial, technical or otherwise) relating to the Company or the business or activities or affairs of the Company, which can be reasonably considered to be confidential to the Company.
