Sponsor Guarantor definition

Sponsor Guarantor has the meaning specified therefor in the preamble to the First Amendment.

Sponsor Guarantor means Xxxxxx Development Partners, LP, a California limited partnership, or the guarantor under any replacement guaranty issued pursuant to the terms of the Guaranty executed by Sponsor Guarantor.
