SPONSOR CONTENT definition

SPONSOR CONTENT means any and all Sponsor-related materials provided by Sponsor appearing on the eBay Site, including materials provided on behalf of Sponsor vendors and promotional content provided to eBay for display on the eBay Site.
SPONSOR CONTENT means all content supplied by Sponsor to the Club pursuant to the Agreement (including the Sponsor’s name, the Sponsor logo and any other Sponsor intellectual property rights). Rights has the meaning given in the Commercial Terms.
SPONSOR CONTENT means any information, materials or content supplied by or on behalf of Sponsor, whether directly or indirectly, for use on the Co-Branded Pages.

  • Sponsor warrants and represents that any Sponsor Content provided or distributed by Sponsor comply with (i) IAAPA’s advertising policies and procedures as determined from time to time by IAAPA and (ii) IAAPA’s Intellectual Property Enforcement Policy.

  • All audio materials and audiovisual materials featuring the music of Artist, including without limitation the Recording and any related artwork and other materials embedded or incorporated therein (the foregoing, collectively, the "Sponsor Content"), are the sole property of Sponsor.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.

  • Student Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.
